1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CarbonSathi ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ESGSaathi provides ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) compliance tools for Indian SMEs, including:

  • Carbon footprint calculation
  • BRSR-format report generation
  • ESG data management dashboard
  • Green loan application assistance

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality
  • You must notify us immediately of unauthorized account access
  • One account per company; sharing accounts is prohibited

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Payments are processed securely via Cashfree
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Important: ESGSaathi provides emission calculations based on official emission factors (CEA India, IPCC 2006). However:

  • Calculations are estimates based on data you provide
  • We do not guarantee 100% accuracy for regulatory submissions
  • For official BRSR filings, we recommend verification by a qualified auditor
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on our reports

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Submit false or misleading data
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use automated bots to access the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of ESGSaathi is owned by Zevo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

8. Data Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESGSaathi and Zevo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, then deleted

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in New Delhi, India.
