1. Free Plan
The Free plan requires no payment. You can use it indefinitely with no obligation to upgrade.
2. Paid Plan Refunds
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
Conditions for Refund:
- Request must be made within 7 days of payment
- Account must not have generated more than 2 reports
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
No Refund After 7 Days
After the 7-day period, we do not offer refunds for:
- Unused portion of monthly subscriptions
- Unused portion of annual subscriptions
- Downgrade to a lower plan
3. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
- Log in to your account
- Go to "Manage Plan" page
- Select "Downgrade to Free" or contact support
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period
- You'll be downgraded to Free plan after that
- Your data will be retained (you can still view it on Free plan)
- You can upgrade again anytime
4. Annual Subscription Refunds
For annual subscriptions:
- 7-day money-back guarantee applies
- After 7 days, no pro-rata refunds for remaining months
- You can continue using the service until the year ends
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 7-day period:
- Email us at shrinidhi@esgsaathi.in (or use contact form)
- Include your registered email address
- State the reason for refund (helps us improve)
- We'll process within 5-7 business days
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if:
- Account violated Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity detected
- Excessive refund requests (more than 2 in 12 months)
